We are. RYSE Managing Agents are a personalized specialist sectional title and property management team.
We want to assist trustees, body corporates, road closures and homeowners associations to better administrate and run the affairs of their enterprises. With over 20 years of combined experience in the property management sector we believe in providing a personalized holistic solution to committees with exceptional service. Our Mission We strive to provide an invaluable service to owners, by going the extra mile. We enjoy working hand in hand with Trustees to ensure the smooth management of your complex. We believe that the management of the Estate is a team effort. With that in mind, our qualified Estate Managers are all registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) and backed by acknowledged experts in this field. We are also a proud member of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) and strictly adhere to their Code of Conduct.
Our services include but are not limited to;
- Weekly Site Visits and detailed reporting
- Overseeing of the Garden and Cleaning Service
- Overseeing of the Security Company and security arrangements
- Overseeing appointed and preferred contractors from time to time
- Ensuring adherence to the Facilities Rules by all residents
- Making recommendations on repairs and maintenance that require long term financial planning and project management
- The control and movement of vehicles, movable assets, domestic personnel and Estate Agents
Our staff are continually extending and updating their knowledge of Sectional Title and Homeowners’ laws, to ensure Trustees are up to date at all times with any changes to the Sectional Title Act and Companies Act.
